We are excited to share with you the latest updates from our recent Transnational Project Meeting, which took place in the picturesque city of Padova, Italy, on the 20th and 21st of September 2023. Hosted by ENAIP Veneto, this meeting was a significant milestone in our journey to reshape the tourism sector by upskilling micro and SMEs in a post-COVID environment.
During this session, the partners shared updates on their respective contributions, ensuring effective coordination and quality assurance across all project activities. The partners also discussed the final steps regarding Work Package 2 dealing with the Tourism Skills Anticipation in the Post-COVID Environment, and furthermore delved into Work Package 3 about strategies and tools that will be used for capacity building to equip tourism businesses with the necessary skills for long-term sustainability. In addition, as effective dissemination of project outcomes is crucial to its success, the partners explored strategies to ensure that the knowledge, tools, and best practices developed within Touring reach the intended audience. This includes ways to exploit the project’s results for maximum impact.
In addition to these work packages, the meeting provided a platform for partners to engage in constructive discussions, share their experiences, and foster collaboration. The Transnational Partners Meeting in Padova was not only a forum for exchanging ideas but also a symbol of our collective commitment to creating a more economically, digitally, and environmentally viable tourism sector.
